    We accept major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard & Amex. You can also pay via PayPal & direct deposit (ATM/Internet transfer) if it’s an order over the phone or email or chat.
  • Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?
    Yes it is. All transactions using a credit card on this site are processed within a matter of few minutes by secure means. Your personal details are not even seen by anyone here at Bungalow No. 9. This website uses a safe and secured payment gateway that means your details cannot be accessed by anyone else. Check for the little locked padlock in the toolbar in the bottom right hand corner of your screen or next to your URL browser bar while entering your credit card details.
  • What are my payment options offline?
    We accept cash for purchases in our office. We also accept ATM transfers or internet banking transfers for orders placed over the phone, email, chat or through our social media accounts.
  • Does Bungalow No. 9 offer offline retail sales?
    Yes we do. We are also happy to accept orders via email or phone. You could also visit us at Atlas World Ltd. 17-B, Casey Aberdeen House, 38 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong. To ensure we are there to welcome you, a prior phone call at +852 2116 8210 informing us of a preferred time to visit would be appreciated.
  • What if a particular item or fragrance I like is not listed on the website?
    That particular fragrance or item may be temporarily out of stock or discontinued. Please write to us or call us and we will check for you.
  • How do I make a bulk purchase?
    Please write to us or call us in order to make a bulk purchase enquiry.
  • What are your delivery times?
    All orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays), are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days, subject to stock availability. We use popular and efficient HK courier companies, or even our own delivery staff, for all our deliveries so you can expect to receive your goods within 1-3 business days depending on your location in Hong Kong. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. International orders have various shipment times depending on transit time, location, etc. Therefore, there is no set delivery time but you could write to us so we can try to check for you.
  • How much do you charge for delivery?
    If your order totals more than HK$500, we offer free local delivery in Hong Kong. For orders HK$500 & below, we charge a flat rate charge of HK$50 Hong Kong-wide. Additional charges may be applicable for certain addresses in Hong Kong. All International orders will have a base shipping charge. However, we may request the customer for an additional amount based on the destination and total volume of the order. Please note all orders, local or international, only get shipped once adequate shipping charges have been received from the customers. We reserve the right to request for additional payment towards shipping charges in some cases so customers should expect to be informed by email.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Yes, you can (please bring along your printed receipt). Our office retail store is located at Atlas World Ltd. 17-B, Casey Aberdeen House, 38 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong. Please let us know quickly upon order confirmation that you would like to pick or/and call us beforehand on +852 2116 8210 to ensure we are there for you.
  • Is Bungalow No. 9 registered in Hong Kong?
    Yes, we are.
  • How can I add items to an order I have already placed?
    We won't be able to edit your first order receipt/invoice but we can generate a new one. Please email us or call us and we will take care of it.
  • Do you offer gift wrapping?
    Not at the moment since goods have to be packed for courier shipments but we may consider this service in the near future.
  • What if I need to send items to multiple locations?
    You will need to place individual orders for each location. This will allow you to enter the delivery details of each person correctly.
  • Who is responsible for payment of import duties and customs charges for international orders?
    The customer importing the goods will be responsible for payment of import duties and customs fees. The prices we offer are ex-showroom prices and our payment terms are 100% payment advance before shipment or pickup.
  • The diffuser I purchased recently is a bit different from the one I purchased a while ago. Why is that?
    While the formulations of our fragrances remain the same, we make periodic changes to the components for various reasons, but mainly because we like to keep things fresh. You may find a difference in the bottle or the cap, but rest assured that fragrance oils remain the same.
